The Isuzu D-Max is a large vehicle and much of its length comes from the big loading bed. The loading bed is long, wide and well-shaped; and can hold cargo of all shapes and sizes. The engine is quite refined too and the easy-to-use 5-speed manual gearbox is nice as well. Buyers who want the convenience of an automatic transmission will have to opt for the new 1.9-litre diesel engine version.
