Luxury Inside It’s tempting to believe that considerable expertise is no longer required to drive a new Ferrari, but this evaluation of the 2021 Ferrari 812 GTS swiftly disproves that concept. To the uninitiated, Ferrari’s V-12-powered drop-top GT is a terrifying car, but once you figure out its enigmatic ways, it becomes the ideal driving companion a well-heeled car aficionado could wish for. The extremely powerful V-12 blasts through the curves at supersonic speeds, screaming its 8,900- rpm tune. Its V-12 engine is a critically endangered species, generating 789 horsepower from a 6.5-liter V-12 engine with no supercharging, turbocharging, or electric charging.
Luxury Inside The 812 Superfast and GTS are available in a single spec that includes carbon-ceramic brake rotors, 20- inch wheels, and an aromatic leather inside. Of course, buyers may choose from a variety of paint colours, interior trims, and wheel shapes, but that’s about it for customization. The cabin of the 812 has seating for two people, is quite big, has decent ergonomics, and is modern in style. Ferrari removed the traditional steering-wheel stalks and replaced them with push-button controls for the wipers and turn signals on the spokes, allowing drivers to embrace the 812’s grand-touring essence and keep their hands on the wheel at all times.
